This amazing experience was our group tour of approximately 80 participants. Everything from start to finish was efficient and professional. We enjoyed breathtaking views from the top of Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain and topped off the experience with the Seralon Steps. The staff at Etnias Turismo was top notch. Gabby, Carol, and Val, the gentleman, and many others kept our group on pace and together throughout the entire 6-hour tour!

We had an amazing time learning about the origins of our Afro Brazilian meal we enjoyed at Dida’s. The menu included a nice selection of offerings and the cuisine was excellent … we even tried the hot sauce which added even more flavor to the already tasty meal!
Thank you Etnias Turismo for offering such an amazing experience. Otherwise, we would have completely missed out on an authentic Afro Brazilian meal which was at the top of our list of things to do when visiting Brazil!

Gabby, Carol and all the other guides were awesome and very accommodating. When some of us decided to leave early because we were extremely tired, we decided to order a Uber and the guides waited with us to make sure we got into the right Uber and were safe. They were excellent! I highly recommend them 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Our guide Gabriella was so great. She gave us so much information and we learnt so much. The tour included visits to two museums where Gabriella provided more context and information which we wouldn’t have had if we just went by ourselves. This was the best tour I’ve ever done and will definitely be back to do the food tour in the future! It was a great way to learn about the history of Little Africa
