Our guide Gabriella was so great. She gave us so much information and we learnt so much. The tour included visits to two museums where Gabriella provided more context and information which we wouldn’t have had if we just went by ourselves. This was the best tour I’ve ever done and will definitely be back to do the food tour in the future! It was a great way to learn about the history of Little Africa

Carolina was a great host! We enjoyed the flavorful food while learning about the samba schools, Candomblé, and capoeira. I highly recommend the tour!

We had an incredible afternoon tour with Carolina and Etnias Turismo. This food and walking tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Not only was the food incredible, but the storytelling and history of the city gave an incredible dimension to the experience that we wouldn't have otherwise received. I also love that they prioritize visiting Black owned restaurants. I would highly highly recommend booking this tour.

I had a wonderful time on the samba tour. Gabriela was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide, sharing a lot of information about the African roots of samba and its development in Rio. As a woman solo traveler, it was a great way to experience Rio nightlife safely as well. Highly recommend!
